As readers of FB&C know, the Morgan Library is currently hosting a gorgeous exhibition of fine bindings, Bound for Versailles: The Jayne Wrightsman Bookbindings Collection, through September 26. Curator John T. McQuillen wrote this essay about his experience with the collection for our summer issue.
