Pop-Up 'Antiquarian Bookstore' Launches to Promote a Single Title
The front of The Book Store
The publishing house and creative studio Hungry Minds has made its physical debut with its first pop-up shop in the heart of SoHo, New York, called The Book Store.
Open until July 27 at 2 Rivington Street, the space is decked out to look like an old bookshop or a cabinet of curiosities, what Hungry Minds describes as "a steampunk-inspired sanctuary-meets-library".
This pop-up marks the first physical space from founders Timur Kadyrov, Seva Batishchev & Artur Stelmakh whose debut release was the successfull 2022 The Book: The Ultimate Guide to Rebuilding Civilisation. The new pop-up is teasing its next major project, The Last Book, set to be published in September.
An official grand opening event will be held at the store tonight.
